“Tamashiki” is beautiful like fine jewelry.
“Miyako” is a capital city of the nation or a big city.
“No” is “will be” or “may be”.
“Hohmatsu” is bubbles of river stream, fleeting time or precarious existence.
All of them mean people and society is impermanence.
